This Privacy Policy describes how Zenvior Ventures Private Limited ("Zenvior", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website (zenvior.com) and our products. Our products include the Zenvior platform (web app, platform, and mobile applications), Zen Games (multiple games including Zen Bubloo), FitGhar (fitness platform—web app and mobile application), and Visavior (AI-powered visa processing platform for agencies). This policy is available in US English and applies to all users. By using our website or products, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We may collect information you provide—such as name, email address, phone number, company name, messages, and any personally identifiable information you voluntarily submit through forms or in-app features. We may also collect automatically gathered data, including your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, pages or screens of the app you visit, time and date of visits, time spent on the app or specific pages, crash reports, and analytics data. For certain products, we may collect game progress, preferences, in-app activity, and data necessary to provide functionality. We do not gather precise location information unless explicitly stated for a specific feature. We collect only what is necessary to operate our services and improve your experience. We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our website and apps; to respond to inquiries; to send service-related communications and important notices; to personalize your experience; to analyze usage to improve our products; to ensure security and prevent fraud; and to comply with legal obligations. Where you have opted in, we may also use your information for marketing promotions. We may contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions. We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with those described without your consent.

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services to help us improve our apps and services. We may disclose your information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process. We may also disclose it when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request. We may share it with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have independent use of the information we disclose, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party services used in our apps (e.g., analytics, advertising SDKs) have their own privacy policies—we disclose such partners in our App Store privacy labels.

We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We retain User Provided data for as long as you use our applications and for a reasonable time thereafter. We retain other data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Recruitment and hiring data retention is described in Section 13. If you would like us to delete User Provided data that you have provided via our apps, please contact us at support@zenvior.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We do not use our applications to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage children never to submit personally identifiable information through our applications or services. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this policy. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at support@zenvior.com and we will take necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).

You can stop all collection of information by our mobile applications by uninstalling them. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. Depending on your location, you may also have the right to access your personal data, correct or update your data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Your data may be processed in India and other countries where our servers or service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfer. We ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) where required by applicable law.

Our website and some apps may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and security. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. When you apply for a job at Zenvior, we collect administrative information necessary for recruitment—such as your name, email, phone number, resume/CV, cover letter, and other details you voluntarily provide in your application. This is standard practice for all companies and is used solely for hiring and recruitment purposes. We process this data to evaluate candidacy, communicate with you about the application process, and comply with employment-related legal obligations. We retain recruitment data for as long as necessary for the hiring process and for a reasonable period thereafter for potential future opportunities, unless you request deletion. We do not use recruitment data for marketing or unrelated purposes. You may request deletion of your application data at any time by contacting support@zenvior.com.

Zen Games is our collection of casual and entertainment games. Zen Bubloo is one of the games in the Zen Games family. Zen Bubloo is an offline, free casual game that does not collect, transmit, or track any personal data or usage data. All gameplay and progress are stored locally on your device only. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking is used in Zen Bubloo. Other Zen Games titles may collect minimal data (such as game progress or preferences) as needed for core functionality—such details will be disclosed within each game. Zen Bubloo and similar offline games are provided as free services intended for use "AS IS."

Visavior is our AI-powered visa processing platform for agencies. If you use Visavior, a separate and detailed Privacy Policy applies to that service. The Visavior Privacy Policy covers how we handle your visa-related data, sensitive personal information (including passport details, identity documents, and financial information), AI document processing, and your rights under Indian SPDI rules.

FitGhar is our fitness platform, available as a web app and mobile application. FitGhar may collect and process data necessary for fitness functionality, including workout preferences, exercise history, form feedback data (when using camera-based features), and optional integration with wearables. Camera-based features process video locally where possible to protect your privacy. We may collect usage and performance data to improve the fitness experience.
